We are looking for a "Training Academy Executive" to coordinate all the processes of Alapala Academy, which was established to meet the technical training needs of the company and the sector within the body of Alapala Group, which is located in Çorum and operates in the field of Milling Technologies.

What Do We Expect From You ?

• University graduate (master's degree in training is preferred),
• Min. 10 years of experience,
• Preferably, previously worked actively in the establishment of the Education Academy (managerial experience is preferred),
• Preferably who has given training before and has knowledge of training planning, design and coordination processes,
• Will be able to analyze the Milling Technologies sector,
• High communication and presentation skills,
• High planning and coordination skills,
• Prone to teamwork, high analytical skills,
• Has fluent English speaking level,
• No travel restrictions,
• Those who are residing or will be able to live in Çorum

What Will We Do Together ?

• Managing all training activities (technical, competence, foreign language, etc.) within the Alapala Group,
• Organizing the necessary internal trainings according to the technical training needs within the group,
• Preparation of training titles/contents, consolidation and documentation of these trainings, and creation of the academy library, in order to meet the technical training needs from Turkey or from different countries of the world within the "Alapala Academy",
• To follow the training needs and activities in the sector, to keep the training programs up-to-date, to create new training programs when necessary
