We are looking for a Budget Control and Monitoring  Chief  to join our Africa operations within Albayrak Group.

• Manage the annual budgeting process and periodic budget revisions.
• Guide local finance teams across our African operations in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget assumptions, key financial indicators, and overall financial performance on a regular basis.
• Prepare variance analyses by comparing actual financial results with budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare budget, performance, and financial analysis reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of budget and management reports to the Corporate Finance Directorate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of budgeting, financial control, and reporting processes.
• Support process standardization initiatives and the implementation of best practices.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to assigned financial processes.

We are looking for a team member with the qualifications listed below.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management reporting, or financial controlling.
• Previous experience in the budgeting or finance departments of multinational companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
• Good understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and support finance operations across Africa.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide value-added insights to management.
• Excellent reporting, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly capable of solving complex problems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.
