Training Specialist

 We are looking for a Training Specialist for our new ultra-luxury facility, Bijal, which will be opened at Antalya/Manavgat Sorgun.

• Eligible candidates must be graduated from sociology / human resources / social sciences / educational sciences departments of universities.
• Candidates should have an advanced level of English to be able to teach in English,
• Minimum 2 years of hotel experience in the field of education (training needs analysis, training planning, training design, implementation, measurement and evaluation)
• Candidates are required to have completed or received Pedagogical Formation Training.
• Having advanced presentation skills, able to impress the other with his energy and positive approach, prone to teamwork,
• We are waiting for the applications of the candidates who have good command of MS Office applications and can use it effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To contact the department managers required for the trainings to be held at the facilities periodically,
• Participating in training activities,
• Keeping training records and saving them to the system,
• Preparing training performance reports,
• Giving orientation trainings for newly hired personnel,
• To follow up the required trainings and the personnel who have not received them and to report them to the Training and Development Manager for planning,

Working with international teams to prepare and present educational content together.

- Foreign Language Compensation is paid to employees who certify their foreign language knowledge at the level of B1 and above in the CEF (Common European Framework) Language Level Indicators scale, in amounts to be determined by our facility for each foreign language as long as they work.

- Season Performance Bonus (Season performance bonus is paid in an amount up to one month's salary based on the total working days of the personnel who successfully complete the season).
