Finance Officer

Job Qualifications

• Managing and booking records and receipts (expenditure, petty cash, cheques, banks transactions),
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions,
• Preparing balance sheets,
• Processing cheques, payments, collections,
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process,
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams,
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters,
• Supporting the Accounting & Finance Group Director and executives with projects and tasks when required,

·         Assess business cases for key innovations both looking at P&L and cashflow perspective,

·         Support and co- create the Financial Business Model for category,

·         Delivers monthly financial close. Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets and consolidations,

·         Develop corrective actions to close gaps to targets including driving decision making around resource allocation and budget setting,

·         Lead actualization, rolling forecast and KPI tracking processes for related categories,

·         Initiate & run projects to drive profitable growth opportunities as well as providing meaningful and valueadded summary of risks/ opportunities,

·         Control and process improvement.

·         Experience with solo & consolidated IFRS financials reporting

·         Supports annual audit, both internal and external,

·         Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential, 

·         Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls. 

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of Finance experience,
• Data Intelligence related experience will be a plus,
• Strong excel skills and analytical thinking,
• Performance Management / Working knowledge of P&L
• Pro-active team player, analytical and goal driven profile,
• Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Balkan languages are an asset.
