About Job

Key Responsibilities:
Efficient execution of the company's daily administrative operations,
Organization of office layout, procurement, and operational processes,
Coordination of personnel support processes and internal company events,
Timely and complete execution of administrative tasks assigned by management,
Processing of necessary invoices and material requisitions,
Arrangement of employee travels and logistics,
Access and security management.
Key Requirements:
Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
Having at least 3 years of experience in Administrative Affairs positions,
Possessing strong planning and organizational skills,
Team-oriented, results-driven, and possessing strong problem-solving skills,
For male candidates: having completed military service,
Effective use of Microsoft Office programs,
Holding a Class B driver's license,
Proficient in English.
