How should be our colleague who will join us?

·         Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields.

·         Minimum 1 year HR experience preferably in C&B and/or HR Analytics.

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced level in MS Excel is a must).

·         Good command of both written and spoken English.

·         Experience with designing actionable hr analytics to drive business decisions.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze and interpret complex data

·         Ability to follow through and respond to requests with high degree of accuracy, urgency, and timeliness.

·         Strong team orientation.

What do we expect you to do?

·         Design and maintain a new suite of reports and dashboards to support HR and business leaders with real time analytics.

·         Review, analyse compensation and benefits policies/procedures and recommend changes as needed.

·         Lead benchmarking review process, ensuring all positions are accurately benchmarked against relevant market data.

·         Analyse market data and assess the competitiveness of company policy/practices as needed.

·         Execute/Coordinate/Develop monthly HR analytics reports & dashboards.

·         Follow global and local trends in total rewards, compensation and flexible benefits topics and develop new schemes, new reports as needed.

·         Execute Annual Compensation Plan (data consolidation, calculations, presentations).

·         Conduct operational and predictive HR Metrics analysis.
