At Mor Kanguru Preschool, we believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, connection, play, and meaningful experiences. We are looking for a warm, energetic, and passionate Native English Preschool Teacher to join our international team and create a rich English-speaking environment for children aged 2–6.
About the Role
* Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
* Communicate with children primarily in English throughout the day
* Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and language development through play-based experiences
* Collaborate closely with Turkish co-teachers and the school team
* Participate in school events, family meetings, and professional development opportunities
* Observe and document children’s progress and interests
* Contribute ideas that enrich our nature-based and child-centered approach
Qualifications
* Native English speaker
* Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field preferred)
* Experience working with preschool-aged children (2–6 years)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Positive, creative, patient, and collaborative personality
* TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage
* First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage
* Passion for play-based and child-centered learning approaches
