We are looking for a commercially driven and experienced "Sales OperationsAssistant Manager - Export Markets" to join Multinational FMCG Company. In this role you will take ownership of international sales operations — coordinating exports from Türkiye and managing sales from various global production network to markets around the world. You will regularly review business performance, build action plans to accelerate results, and lead a team to deliver against ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and buyers across assigned international markets.

• Coordinate end-to-end operations: production planning, shipment management, sales execution, inventory control, and data reporting.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales growth strategies.

• Monitor and manage profitability and overall business performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members — driving a high-performance culture through effective people management.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

• Bachelor's degree or higher — preferably in Business, Management, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in export-related business.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Proven leadership experience and a track record of motivating and developing teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international context.
