QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience
• Experience in project management
• Excellent command in English in both written & spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications
• Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs
• Develop strong relationship with suppliers & improve their service along with market abilities
• Follow up markets price trends and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business
• Following and analyzing the market trends and align with portfolio teams on the strategy and further requirements from supplier
• Closely follow up market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods
• Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings
• Building and leading whole infrastructure for successful negotiation with supplier
• Verifying supplier compliance, audits required date as integral part of negotiation
• Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency
• Set skilled negotiation with supplier in order to gain saving and create positive impact for business
• Manage end-to-end processes for all countries within the Alshaya Eurasia region
