Business Planning And Development Analyst

As being a leader FMCG company in its area, we are looking for an "Business Planning And Development Analyst" who has following qualifications. This position will be directly reporting to the Board of Directors.
 

• Bachelor's degree from a related field, (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,  Statistic, Economics or Management Engineering)
• 3-5 years of work experience,
• Preferably experience with a Board of Directors and/or board appointed committees,
• Advanced Planning and Organising skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Focused, positive attitude, flexible, and proactive,
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment,
• Ability to deal with high-energy multifaceted board members,
• Advanced organizational and project management skills:  prioritization, time management, attention to detail, follow through, staying informed with organizational initiatives and priorities,
• Managing schedules and people with tact, diplomacy and poise,

İŞ TANIMI

• Establish excellent working relationship with the Chairman and Members of the Board of Directors and Staff organization, and members/leaders in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence,
• Create mailings, presentations, reports for Chair and other materials for the board members,
• Responsible for managing the process for all Board meetings, including allocating additional resources,
• Provide active support to implementation of projects, management of departmant’s goals and processes.
