 We are looking for a talented Quality Leader for one of our leading plants AMCOR SPECIALTY CARTONS, IZMIR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for developing; managing and overseeing all on field operations related to quality inspection in relevant cell (production)
• Establish corrective actions for any non-conformance related with product/process quality
• Facilitate use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action implementation regarding internal/external complaints by using appropriate problem solving techniques.
• Responsible for preventing existing or potential quality problems in related Cell/Line
• Lead sorting/finishing team (manual  sorting and sorting with machine)
• Controls and reports Cell quality KPIs according to targets.
• Following/tracking quarantine area
• Assist Quality/Sorting Technicians when needed

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from engineering departments of relevant disciplines
• Min. 1 year experience in printing/packaging sector
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Self driven and result oriented
• No restriction to travel - domestic/abroad
• Active driver (B class)
