We're searching for a "ACC Process Engineer" under ACC Process Department Organization with the following requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering Discipline,
• Good command of English, especially for technical documentation and communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering in industry.
• Knowledge of production processes and process improvement. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis, 8D, and 5 Whys. 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.  
• Ability to read technical drawings and related engineering documentation. 
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs. 
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production tracking software is preferred. 
• Data analysis and reporting skills. 
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conducting initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing to continuously improve existing processes. 
• Performing root cause analysis for issues arising in production processes and determining permanent corrective actions. 
• Defining and monitoring process parameters and establishing optimal operating conditions. 
• Participating in the commissioning of new products, equipment, and processes.
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. 
• Monitoring process performance indicators (KPIs) and executing improvement projects.  
• Contributing to the establishment of processes that comply with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards. 
• Evaluating the performance of machinery, equipment, and auxiliary systems used in processes. 
• Executing projects aimed at cost reduction, scrap reduction, and increasing production efficiency.
