We're searching for a "Purchasing Engineer" to join our Supply Chain team with following requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment,
• Experience in the connector, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry is prefable,
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import/export processes is an asset,
• Experience with supplier development and performance management is prefable,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting production through effective procurement activities,
• Source and purchase direct materials in accordance with company requirements.
• Issue and manage purchase orders,
• Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, cost, and delivery,
• Follow up on open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery,
• Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support business needs,
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers,
• Identify and qualify new suppliers when required,
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ERP data,
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects,
• Resolve supply issues and proactively manage material shortages,
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
