Aon is looking for an Account Executive – Affinity Projects

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Affinity department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to understand corporate clients’ needs & expectations
• Willingness to learn and team management competencies

Job Description  

• Creating prospect lists for new client acquisition, organizing and participating in new customer interviews
• Following global project and taking necessary actions to increase production 
• Follow-up of all processes and KPI’s of projects with related parties
• Creating and analyzing regular reports of each project
• Taking an active part in necessary operational processes specific to the project
• Placement operation from the local market during the bidding process
