Founded in 2012, Apsiyon is a leading software as a service (SaaS) company in Turkey, providing finance & accounting, property management, community management, payment services in a software package for residential and commercial property managers.


Apsiyon launched its beta product in June 2011, now employing 100 professionals. Its goal was to reach as many residence units as possible and create an efficient commercial infrastructure for professional property managers and residents on the platform. After 300% YoY growth in 2014, the company was selected as the fastest growing SaaS initiative by Webrazzi. In addition, the company was nominated as the finalist candidate by the Endeavor Turkey Selection Committee a year after.


Currently, 700.000 residence units are actively managed on the platform and the company is profitable. Based on its performance and growth, the Company ended up with receiving funding from Earlybird Venture Capital, the largest technology focused VC fund in Emerging Europe.


Apsiyon opened its R&D Center in 2017 and selected as the “Top 10 Popular Istanbul-based initiative” by Wired UK.

The Mission:

With the mission of attaining improved efficiency in operations and faster growth & profitability, Apsiyon is aiming to increase its Product Capability and on-board a Product Owner to lead strategic direction and assume the management of product lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working in coordination with the development and business teams to execute, deliver and improve the product
  • Performing daily scrums to control development status
  • Allocating limited resources in the most effective way (based on how customers are reacting to the current product) and setting specifications according to business goals. Preparing benchmark analysis and business cases to decide the prioritization of new features and projects.
  • Analyzing complex user data sets to understand user conversion, monetization, and retention statistics. Designed and implemented features to increase retention and monetization.



Ideal Profile:

Technical Know-How:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst position
  • Product Management Know-How
  • Technical & Mathematical understanding (Engineering background is not a must)
  • User Sensitivity (UX), User Capability
  • Project Management / Prioritization
  • Customer Insight / Market Insight / Customer Focused
  • Proven track record of high performance in a technology enabled growth industry
  • Track record of working closely with the development teams
