How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (M.Sc. would be a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hardware design
• Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC)
• Experience in designing digital and analog circuits
• Strong knowledge about the selection of MCU&MPU and peripherals
• Design and Analyze Experience according to Safety and EMC standards
• Strong knowledge of Schematic & PCB design (preferably Altium)
• Strong knowledge about passive components
• Experience with the interface of UART, I2C, SPI   
• Strong knowledge of lab equipment specs and usage (oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator, etc.)
• Experienced in using simulation tools (preferably LTSpice or etc)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate  Senior Specialist – R&D (Hardware Design) who will join our team at Hardware Technology team.

• Define global hardware requirements and design accordingly for required Arcelik products
• Design hardware for new generation devices in order to provide innovative and smart solutions,
• Design cost-effective, reliable, robust, and well-documented hardware designs,
• Managing individual deadlines and deliverables,
• Working with internal and external partners.

The position is located in Çayırova.
