• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
• Min. 3 years of experience in R&D or Product Management
• Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Production Planning, or related areas is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Structural Design - R&D  who will join our structural Design Team. 

• Strategic planning of short and long-term R&D projects,
• Product portfolio optimization, product and component transition management,
• SKU and resource efficiency management with product life curve analysis Management of product information systems and improvement of modular identification system,
• Optimization of the product creation and commissioning process,
• Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group road-maps,
• Managing global product ranges, with P&L, efficiency, and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams,
• Understanding consumer insights. 

 

The position is located in Ankara.
