QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering OR bachelor’s degree in related fields (master degree is a plus)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Product Marketing or Trade / Shopper Marketing
- Having experience in Major Domestic Appliance or Consumer Electronic is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in english

How will you foster the challenge? We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant - Trade Marketing who will join our team at Europe, Middle East, North Africa and America - Marketing & Product Management Team.
- Understanding different types of shoppers & trade partners expectations across markets
- Providing tactical and long-term solutions to catch shoppers attention and working on different alternatives to reinforce consideration level
- Understanding consumer path to purchase, assessing the requirements in all touchpoints for each shopper journey, working with Global Teams to provide necessary solutions to different markets needs
- Understanding the dynamics of various e-retailers, Monitoring and reporting product pages performance on retailers’ websites
- Bringing visibility and constantly conducting a gap analysis of actual performance with the help of digital tools & analytics.
- Working closely with the big data, generating insight and triggering actions to reach a competitive edge in product pages, including content, product pictures, descriptions, reviews & ratings, stock status, etc…
- Assisting and guiding international markets to onboard new Trade & Shopper Marketing initiatives
- Working closely with Local markets and HQ Teams to assure most effective and accurate digital & in-store product & campaigns activation solutions are in place
- Making sure best practices in different markets are being distributed among all markets.
- Giving support to the department both for reporting and data consolidation. Backing up the team with all types of BTL marketing efforts
