QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor degree Student in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Engineering,
- Having experience in control design,
- Having experience in ANsys MATLAB /Simulink tools is a plus,
- Willing to make research about new technologies and new generations of microcontrollers,
- General knowledge of periphery disciplines (electronics, electromagnetics, power electronics),
- General knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communications is always our priority.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D who will join us at the R&D Directorate.
- Improving and maintaining field-oriented motor control algorithms and embedded software for Durable Goods and Industrial products globally,
- Improving Motor Design knowledge for industrial applications,
- Being responsible for research and development of embedded software for motor control applications. Specific activities will include the design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products,
- Developing motor design/motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects,
- Working actively with SW/HW experts to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem-level attribute targets,
- Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions,
- Designing new motor control algorithms and motor models,
- Scouting for new technologies about motor design, embedded software, and motor control.
