How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in part design, preferably metal sheet and plastic parts and production methods,
• Having experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Drafting Surface, Assembly),
• Having experience in CAE tools preferably Altair Hyperworks (FEM, Statik&Dynamic Analysis, Vibration Analysis)
• Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Having solid knowledge in perceived quality, design materials, reliability,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.

What awaits you in this position?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D who will join our team at Compressor Plant.

 

• Designing new parts & making modifications to existing parts,
• Realizing a new part/project/product implementation activity,
• Making conceptual designs, conducting research for the design and producibility of new parts,
• Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,
• Making design verification activities by designing prototyping and testing procedure,  
• Making static and dynamic analyses for design parts,
• Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,
• Making cost improvement projects.
• Taking an active role in international projects.
  The position is located in Eskisehir.
