How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus),

• Having experience in the household or similar electrical appliances is a plus,
• Having experience in embedded software design, (hardware design experience is a plus),
• 3+ years of experience in C/C++ development environment, compilers, debuggers, (Arm-based microcontroller experience is a plus),
• Experience with real-time operating systems is a plus,
• Familiar with how to use an oscilloscope, multimeter and other hardware debugging tools is a plus,
• Knowledge of PCB schematic and layout design tools (preferably Altium),
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist- R&D (Electronic & Control Systems) who will join us at the Dishwasher Machine Product Directorate.

• Designing, developing, and testing embedded algorithms and software for dishwashers,
• Fixing bugs via debugging the software and hardware, 
• Designing embedded software to meet Safety and EMC standards,
• Designing Functional Circuit Test software and implementing it 3rd party PCBA manufacturers,
• Creating software requirements, design documentation, test plans, and other supporting documentation,
• Working in a cross-functional team for delivering highly capable software solutions,
• Leading all phases of the software development cycle including requirement capture, design, implementation, prototyping, and validation,

 

• Leading and participating in R&D projects for improving and developing new products,
• Analyzing the market, consumer, and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
• Leading the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need to the product launch and analysis of market performance,
• Managing global product ranges, with P&L, efficiency, and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.
  The position is located in Ankara.
