Specialist - Software Development (Sales TR)

• Bachelor's Degree in a related fields, Master Degree is a plus, 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development processes,
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Programming (SQL & PL/SQL), 
• Strong Knowledge of Java programming language APIs (JDK, JSE, JEE), 
• Having experience in Project management, 
• Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies, tools and technologies, 
• Knowledge of Enterprise architectures, software design principles, and design patterns, 
• Knowledge of  Enterprise integration patterns and integration tools, 
• Knowledge of Microsoft TFS and source versioning usage, 
• Knowledge of Cloud-based and/or on-premise CRM tools, 
• Having experience in CRM processes is a plus, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business, 
• Understanding needs of the market & customer, 
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs, 
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people, 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Building collaboration, 
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Sütlüce.

İŞ TANIMI

• Leading and take part in full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for requested software applications,
• Proposing, defining and applying IT services and solutions in cooperation with business owners and business analysts,
• Working in the development and management of the content, information, and document management processes and tools,
• Working in the development and management of the integration processes between IT systems, applications and, tools,
• Working in the development and management of the common IT tools used for the corparate processes,
• Working with IT  and outsource resources, manage & follow up the given tasks.
