QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Having Master Degree in related fields, Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (preferably having Ph.D.)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the industry,
- Having experience in Finite Element Analysis / Multibody Analysis, preferably having experience with one of the CAE tools,
- Knowledge of using CAE tools (HyperWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus, ADAMS, MARC, etc.),
- Strong knowledge of engineering skills, mechanics, machine dynamics, and numerical methods,
- General knowledge of computer-aided design tools (CAD),
- Result-oriented with strong tracking and reporting skills,
- Interested in theoretical research and learning new methodologies,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – R&D (Structural Analysis) who will join our team at Research & Development Directorate.
- Performing structural analyses for ongoing research and developments projects,
- Working on developing new CAE methodologies and approaches,
- Being responsible for giving structural suggestions to design teams,
- Performing correlation studies between analysis & test results,
- Being responsible for transferring know-how and debugging technics to inexperienced teammates.
