Arsan is leading manufacturer in Structural and Seismic Bearing,Expansion Joints and various types of Pipe Gaskets and Tunnel Segments for infrastructure and building construction sectors. We are looking for Quality Engineer with  below qualifications: 

- Bachelars degree in Chemical , Mechanical , Materials and Metallurgical Engineering,

- Advanced level of both written and spoken English,

- 2-3 years professional  experience in Quality Control and Quality Management Systems,

- Preferably familiar to ISO9001-ISO14001-ISO45001-ISO27001 and IATF 16949 certification process and having knowledge on  IATF Core Tools APQP/PPAP/SPC/PFMEA/DFMEA.

- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools and additional computer skills will be asset,

- Willing to develop career in Quality Management System and Qualiy Control Processes,

- Strong communication skills , truly believes in importance of team work,

- Good level of reporting and analysing skills,

- No millitary obligation for male candidates,

-Reside or willing to reside in Sakarya Region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To ensure sustainability and  development of Quality Management System under the supervision of Quality Manager and Plant Management.

- Preparing documents for quality management systems, contributing to its continuous development and making necessary revisions in documents.
- To carry out all  necassary activities and internal audits to be prepared  for customer and certification audits.

- Participating in customer and certification audits as a representative of the plant.

- Follow up and evaluate  customer complaints , implement relevant processes and systems, monitor corrective actions of quality issues to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

- Managing incoming and process quality processes.

- To carry out  Supplier Quality Management activities with support of Purchasing Manager and Quality Manager.

- To analyse quality results and initiate corrective & preventive actions.

- Performing internal and external quality system audits.

- To maintain the validity of various external and internal certification.

-Maintaing calibration process.

-Guiding in execution of occupational safety rules and having active role to ensure full compliance to ISO45001  requirements and legal occupational safety regulations with the support of assigned OHS specialist.
