QUALIFICATIONS 

• B.Sc degree from reputable universities in Turkey or abroad; preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS 
• Minimum 2 years experience as system analyst
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and teamwork skills
• Ability collaborate with technical and business team, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Basic Agile Software Development methodologies and software unit test process knowledge 
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years, 
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
