Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Endustrial Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematic or related fields
• At least 7 years of project management experience in payment systems at financial sector
• Having knowledge of Digital Payment Systems workflow and operations
• Technical background in project management
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes Jira, Confluence etc. able to use project management and workflow tools effectively
• Experienced in customer and supplier management
• Must have strong analytical thinking ability and communication skills, detail-oriented and eagerness to learn
• Having the ability to work under stress and handling the situations calmly and objectively in case of disagreement
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders on complex issues
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Knowledge of the Agile-Scrum and/or PMI-Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) a plus
• Preferably having PMP or PSM certificates
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
• Having experience in Project management tools such as MS Project
• Having experience in MS applications (Ms Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Description;

• Project managers responsibilities are;
• Performing project management activities including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication and closing.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Managing subcontractors.
• Preparing weekly reports including bugdet control, completed and pending tasks for following week, change requests, risks and the project completed percentage.
• Effective communication with proactive stakeholder management
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Interface effectively with cross-functional team members providing timely and accurate information
