We are seeking a Controller.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting process (both revenue and cost), including the fulfillment of the budget templates by following organizational goals (reporting, preparation, follow-up & implementation).
• Lead forecast process (both revenue and cost), including the fulfillment of the forecast templates (reporting, preparation, follow-up & implementation).
• Lead actual reporting process (reporting, preparation, follow-up & implementation).
• Follow on and report Balance Sheet for Budget, Forecast and Actual processes.
• Support achieving profitability & working capital targets for the company.
• Focus on financial analyses.
• Working on expenses, improvement points, cost savings, cost allocation.
• Provide financial summaries, reports, and recommendations as needed.
• Responsible for Group Audit, IFRS Audit, Internal Audit and J-SOX.
• Responsible for actual and standard costing in SAP. Lead the processes to complete the task on time.

Profile and Qualifications:

• Advance proficiency in MS Excel and SAP required
• Fluent in English
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Analytical mindset, detail oriented and strong business sense
• Strong agility and communication skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar discipline
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
