We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network & Operations Specialist to join our global team in Ankara.This role is designed exclusively for candidates with disabilities, as part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our network and operational systems, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and operational systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure network efficiency and security
- Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities
- Maintain documentation and assist in network planning and improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience or educational background in network operations or a related field
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment,
- Candidates with Enterprise/Network Operations Center, IT Service/Help Desk, etc. experience will be preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
