Our company is a distribution company specializing in the sales, marketing, and safe and efficient handling of a diverse portfolio of raw materials, including nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, industrial, cosmetic, food additive, and feed additive ingredients.

We have been active in the Turkish market since 1987 and are part of a well-established commercial group founded in 1925.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for our Nutraceuticals division.

 
Candidates should have the following requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or R&D within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food ingredients industry
• Strong knowledge of nutraceutical raw materials and market dynamics is an asset
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel frequently
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Open-minded, dynamic, and eager to take initiative

Job Description

• Manage and develop sales activities for the nutraceutical product portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular customer visits and technical sales presentations
• Work closely with suppliers to support product positioning and market development
• Follow market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, regulatory, finance) to ensure smooth operations
• Support new product launches and contribute to portfolio development
