GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing/Sales, or Engineering fields,
• Possess strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication skills,
• Enthusiastic about learning new things, open-minded, and collaborative,
• Experienced in negotiating with customers and managing customer relationships,
• Organized, results-oriented, and proactive in taking initiatives and following up on tasks,
• Exemplary professional appearance, self-confident, and positive personality,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, contract management, or sales support positions,
• Residing close to our company's location in İkitelli, preferably on the European side of Istanbul,
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute and manage sales operations efficiently throughout the sales process.
• Maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure timely information flow, understanding the critical role of sales.
• Actively participate in new project and corporate sales processes.
• Gather customer feedback and organize accordingly.
• Prepare necessary documentation for sales.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, fostering sincere face-to-face interactions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the company's prestige, bring in new ideas, and acquire new customers through approach, desire, and knowledge.
