Job Description

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity
• Plans and executes maintenance or repair activities, which involves a range of qualifications or personal resources
• Monitor production efficiency and continuity by using all resources (equipment, personnel, etc.) effectively and to take part in continuous improvement projects
• Plans non-routine repairs, planned/preventive and predictive maintenance activities, leads respective projects including TPM
• Oversees ramp up, set up and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations
• Follows/manages spare part warehouse activities, monitors compliance with budget.
• Collecting data about machine downtimes, machine breakdowns, making necessary analyzes, preparing indicators, following up these indicators up to date, preparing action and non-conformity plans against any non-conformities to be determined, following these plans with other relevant departments when necessary, provide and verify the results
• Ensuring that all activities within the area of responsibility are carried out in accordance with the determined procedures, instructions and rules, participating in audits to be carried out in this direction, reporting the results and ensuring that the necessary action plans are prepared against nonconformities
• To ensure that department activities are maintained within the determined budget
• Manage and develop occupational safety activities, ensuring that necessary measures are taken in this direction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electric/Electronic, Mechatronics.
• Min. experience 8-10, preferably in automotive and hands on experience in plant maintenance and spare parts management activities
• Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships
