Budgeting and Reporting Executive

At Aydın Boru, a company operating under Aydın Group in the field of seamless steel pipes and pipe fittings, we are looking for a Budgeting and Reporting Executive who will report directly to senior management and lead budget planning, financial analysis, and management reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Experience working with ERP systems,
• Strong numerical analysis skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven,
• Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to build strong business partnerships across departments.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with relevant business units,
• Perform budget revisions, maintain up-to-date budgets, and ensure their timely publication,
• Regularly monitor, analyze, and report budget realizations,
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual variance analyses, evaluate the reasons for deviations, and report findings to senior management,
• Monitor company-wide expense budgets and provide analyses, guidance, and recommendations to ensure budget discipline,
• Conduct cost analyses, monitor budget performance, and develop improvement proposals,
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making processes,
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to budgeting and reporting processes,
• Ensure the effective operation and sustainability of reporting and control processes through the ERP system,
• Support independent audit processes by preparing the required financial information and reports for audit teams.
