Lean Production Engineer

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Completed University Degree in Textile, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Business-fluent knowledge of English is a must
• Good command of MS Office
• Living in the close region around Usak or are willing to relocate to Usak.
• Starting as a junior where necessary and growing in terms of responsibility within a technical/ production environment
• Knowledge on textile sector is preferable 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to work with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Able to analyze, make report of it, work with lean tracking file, lean boards.
• Able to make root cause analyses, make action plans with production teams.
• Help production departments to reduce costs, losses, waste, second choice and increase efficiency, productivity by analyzing and making reports.
• Trigger production teams for continuous improvement.
• Assisting daily check-in meetings, preparing spread sheets, charts for the meeting
