We are looking for a "Procurement Assistant" for our floorcovering plant operating in Uşak

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is required

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing and purchasing activities in line with internal controls and procedures
• Conduct supplier research and develop alternative suppliers 
• Collect and evaluate quotations; perform cost and price analyses, especially for Technical Procurement  
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
• Create and manage purchase orders through the ERP system (D365 FnO is preferable)
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
