QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE

  • Control and manage Further Processing Plant’ s production and results.
  • Running a daily management routine on the area,
  • To follow up & manage factory KPI’s, help to improve them, implement action plans,
  • Manpower calculations according to PO and daily changeable situations,
  • Control Audit results and attend implementation decisions,
  • Control adherence to production plans and help for organization,
  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production,
  • Managing process and material flows, and  work to maximize utilization of equipment,
  • Help develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Management Systems,
  • Leading All projects and preparing VCD & PDCA ‘s for capex committee,
  • Finding new projects for company benefits and follow the situations of projects,
  • Help to improve GMP, 5S and HSE,
  • Participate in the decision making process for corrective and preventive actions within Production Department,
  • Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures,
  • Help to improve of the quality of products,
  • Manage employees requirements and training the employees.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably graduated from Food Engineering, Veterinarian or related fields,
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production side,
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standard,
  • Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
  • Strong knowledge on food safety & food technology standards,
  • Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency, Yield and Productivity concepts,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint),
  • Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
  • Good ability to work under pressure,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.
