We are looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our young and growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Qualifications

• Graduated from the departments of the Economics and Administrative Sciences, or Engineering of universities,
• At least 6-8 years of experience  with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Must have previous work experience in reporting or accounting teams,
• Advanced level of English language skills,
• Advanced knowledge of Ms Excel,
• Preferably have experience in SAP (ECC/HANA), especially in FI module
• Having an experience in monthly report preparation,
• Knowledge of IFRS, VUK reporting standards,
• Tax knowledge & SMMM certification are assets
• Residing / can reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and around Gebze,

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly group reports to be submitted into the company reporting system,
• End-to-end responsibility of VUK & IFRS documentation,
• Be the first point of contact during month-end closing period,
• Ensure compliance with legal and accounting standards and norms with company procedures
• Communicate with regional accounting or reporting team members regularly and provide answers to their inquiries
• Track and analyse account based entries, both VUK & IFRS inputs
• Coordinate the relations with external auditors and prepare year-end reports,
• Support digitalization and transformation projects
• Provide timely reports and ad-hoc analysis on the area of responsibility.
