Tepe Restaurant & Lounge is a premium dining and lounge venue offering a sophisticated gastronomy experience overlooking the stunning Bosphorus view. We are seeking an experiencedRestaurant Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations
· Maintain and enhance service quality and guest satisfaction standards
· Coordinate between kitchen, service, bar, and administrative teams
· Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance
· Conduct cost and sales analysis to maximize profitability
· Oversee procurement, inventory, and cost control systems
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
· Provide regular reports to senior management
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience in fine dining or lounge concepts
· Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
· Guest-oriented and quality-driven mindset
· Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic environments
