QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Hotel Support Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with hotels key stakeholders through regular communication and personal visits, analyzing and monitoring available revenue data, coaching and consulting hotel members to optimize their business performance results and uncovering business opportunities via the services offered by BWH Hotel Group.

  • Act as key contact for assigned member hotels to maximize the partnership opportunities, working closely with BWH revenue managers
  • Keep strong relationship with member hotels general management via regular calls, meetings, on site visits
  • Prepare and participate in Regional Meetings and other assigned Regional relevant activities
  • Analyse and monitor the hotel production results in the different distribution channels on a regular basis and interact as needed. This includes current hotel business analysis, review of local market conditions, training needs
  • Coach and consult hotels in existing and new business opportunities
  • Enhance Hotel engagement via regular weekly service and courtesy calls
  • Host onsite trainings and webinars throughout the year
  • Work closely with the front office teams and assist with inquiries
  • Throughout the year the department might be involved in company projects related to the development of current or new products and services. 
  • The manager is required to take up responsibilities of specific areas within the project

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s in hospitality management or comparable qualification
  • Working experience in commercial areas in the hospitality industry
  • Strong background in chain hotels; sales, revenue, front office experience is advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
