QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 2002, Bilgener has been an independent Turkish member of London-based Morison Global, a global association of leading professional service firms, serving the cross-border accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting needs of clients.

In line with our growth strategy, we are searching for candidates with the following qualifications:

• University degree (Preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and similar).

• 2-5 years of work experience in accounting and uniform chart of accounts.

• Excellent Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams) skills and experience in reporting.

• Good command of written and verbal English.

• Open to learning and self-improvement.

• SMMM qualification is an asset.

• A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

• A positive team player with solid communication skills.

• Experienced with accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships.

• Serve clients as per standards defined by management.

• Perform closing processes.

• Take an active role in coordination with other team members for periodic reports of the clients.

• Coordination and communication with clients’ reporting and tax team residents abroad.

• Perform and review accounting transactions of clients.

• Preparing tax returns and other legal reports.

• Preparing payrolls of our clients. 

• Follow legislative changes.
