QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering

·       Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing as Maintenance Manager

·       Experience in Predictive & Preventive maintenance methodologies

·       Knowledge of lean production and TPM is preferred

·       Knowledge of Energy Management Systems and 14001 Environment Management Systems is preferred

·       SAP knowledge is preferred

·       Actualise reporting and budgeting processes

·       Good command of written and spoken English

·       Advanced user of MS Office applications

·       Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

·       Completed military service for male applicants

·       Residence in Kocaeli or İstanbul Asia

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Lead Maintenance department and responsible for the evaluation of direct reports

·       Lead Occupational Health and Safety

·       Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults

·       Management of preventive and predictive maintenance activities

·       Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.

·       Lead maintenance activities (Breakdowns, Improvement activities of business team)

·       Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects

·       Manage Spare part activities

·       Control of engineering expenses

·       Developing projects to strengthen the facility infrastructure, supporting existing facility operations and future growth plans in order to keep all production site, infrastructure and control systems in the best conditions

·       Ensuring that the maintenance works of building, machine and equipment are performed according to the maintenance plans.

·       Performing the improvement operations that will remove the detected non-conformances and potential risks in machines and equipment that will endanger the Food Safety.

·       Fulfilling the relevant liabilities delegated to him/her by his/her department manager and other common roles and responsibilities of the managers.

·       Executing the maintenance operations in the areas of responsibility according to the Maintenance Procedures.

·       Requesting the materials and services regarding his/her area of responsibility as stated in the Purchasing Procedure.

·       Taking precautions for the works in the area of responsibility to be performed with minimum expense and in minimum time, providing suggestions that will reduce the expenses.

·       Performing the operations regarding his/her unit in disassembly and assembly jobs of the plant machines and facilities according to the machine and facility assembly procedures.

·       Ensuring the sustainability of production by immediately responding to the production machine failures. Communicating with other departments and requesting support in required cases.

·       Giving technical training to operator and line responsibles.

·       Being proactive against technical support requests of other departments. Keeping his/her team ready for such cases. Sharing these cases with his/her superior, when necessary.
