About the New Graduated Programme : 

New Graduated Programme is a 12 months structured development programme aiming new graduates to be equipped with the basics of Bitron standarts.

Development programme will be guided based on your development requirements with hands on mentoring of experienced members. 

The only preconditions to be included in the programme are being a university graduate with a relevant major and not having a professional experience more than 1 year after graduation.

We kindly want to inform you that, interviews will be held in English.

Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial or similar) and Business Administration, Economics or Finance Departments of Universities,
• Newly graduated or maximum 1 years of work experience,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Flexible and able to adapt and learn,
• Good at multi-tasking,
• Good command of English ,
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Willing to live in Manisa or İzmir.
