Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

- Responsible for all the quality and technical activities of the assigned suppliers from the related commodities
- Planning supplier quality targets and execution of action plans
- Leading problem solving activities by being "on-site"
- Responsible for technical and quality development of suppliers
- Takes active part in definition of part family and supplier strategies

Qualifications

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metaluurgicall Engineering, or comparable degree
- Professional experience in technical purchasing, manufacturing, and / or quality desired
- Knowledge of the product development process as well as technical manufacturing processes ( especially casting, forge) 
- Solid experience of the IATF16949, VDA6.3, SPC, MSA, FMEA
- Basic knowledge of Advanced Problem Solving Techniques
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge of advantage
- High degree of goal and result orientation
- Communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertiveness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- German knowledge of advantage.
