Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Material Cost/ Ratio Follow up: Dive deep into the numbers, analyzing and follow-up material costs and ratios
• Product costing / Cost Development: Play a pivotal role in determining the cost structure of our products and contribute to cost strategies
• Feasibility Calculations: Evaluate feasibility, ensuring that our resources are allocated effectively
• ECR (Engineering change request) Process: Collaborate with engineering teams to implement changes smoothly and efficiently
• Development Projects Follow-up: Focus on development projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget
• Planned Production Cost (PPC) Calculation: Calculate planned production costs with precision, supporting our production planning efforts
• Reporting Improvement Projects in Digital Platforms: Drive digital transformation by enhancing reporting systems for better insights and decision-making in the area of responsibility
• Business Unit Production Quantity Planning: Collaborate with business units to plan production quantities accurately and efficiently
• Benchmarks between Bosch plants: Engage in benchmarking activities, leveraging data to identify best practices and areas for improvement across our plants

Qualifications

• University degree in Management Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Similar.
• Analytical Mindset to assess the impact of internal and external factors on the business
• High desire to learn, develop and initiate change
• Familiarity with the controlling, accounting, and IFRS
• Interest in data management and data analytics
• Several years of experience in a relevant position preferable
• High communication skills and ability to manage conflict to act as a business partner
• Pro-efficiency in MS office applications. Especially in MS Excel and Power Bi.
• Advance level in English, German knowledge is preferable
