QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 2 years’ experience preferably in HR
  • University degree
  • Ability to work effectively with teams at all levels
  • Good Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Good command of English
  • Planning & Organizing skills
  • Demonstrate good level of problem solving skills
  • Strong time management
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and personal integrity


İŞ TANIMI

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 

HR Operations Specialist will provide support to HR Business Partner in managing all people agenda activities of the Fuels Business and functions. Main people agenda activities can be defined as; resourcing, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, trainings, transformation activities and any ad-hoc queries as required.

SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES
 
  • Support HR Business Partner in the execution of all elements of the recruitment activities, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and transformation activities
  • Assist HR Business Partners in the delivery of Business People Plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of headcount reporting
  • Ensure all payroll related changes are submitted to Reward on a timely manner
  • Provide support to HR Business Partner in the traction of OMS (Operating Management System) actions.
  • Support the documentation and revision of HR policy and procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer the execution of BP Turkey Orientation programmes.
  • Coordinate and administer planning and scheduling of training sessions.
  • Ensure that training records are regularly updated in HR database / prepare and analyse the training evaluation reports and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Maintain close contact with BP Central Learning Teams and local training companies
  • Provide support to process improvement processes initiated by the HR Business Partners
  • Administer any ad hoc employee queries.
