BRUSA KOLTUK is one of the world’s leading passenger seat manufacturers. With approximately 400 employees at our Bursa location, our internationally operating company develops, tests, and manufactures seating systems for buses and trains.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Customer Order Management Specialist to join ourSales Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP SD Module and order management processes
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Customer-focused with strong analytical thinking skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description

• Creating customer orders received from international customers in the SAP system, monitoring the production process, and managing the process until shipment is completed
• Communicating with customers when necessary to clarify order details and confirm delivery dates
• Preparing export documentation
• Monitoring delivery performance and customer satisfaction in accordance with the  IATF 16949 Quality Management System
• Managing orders created in SAP, tracking material stock movements, and coordinating production planning with the Purchasing and Planning teams
• Reporting to the Sales Manager
