BRUSA KOLTUK is one of the world’s leading passenger seat manufacturers. With approximately 400 employees at our Bursa location, our internationally operating company develops, tests, and manufactures seating systems for buses and trains.
To expand our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- German language knowledge is considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Experience in international customer management and sales processes
- No restriction for international travel
- Turkish citizenship is required; secondary citizenship is considered an advantage for ease of international travel
- Customer-focused with a strong result and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and representation abilities
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Well-presented and capable of representing the company professionally at international customer locations
- For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted
Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, primarily in European markets
- Support sales growth through existing customer accounts
- Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities and projects
- Coordinate customer orders and follow up related processes with internal departments
- Ensure effective management of customer expectations regarding quality, production, logistics, and sales operations
- Conduct market research and identify new business development opportunities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive actions
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events
- Prepare regular reports regarding regional sales activities and performance
- Follow up customer accounts receivable and related commercial processes
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization in sales activities and logistics operations
