BRUSA KOLTUK is one of the world’s leading passenger seat manufacturers. With approximately 400 employees at our Bursa location, our internationally operating company develops, tests, and manufactures seating systems for buses and trains.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Sales Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Master’s degree is considered an asset
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Minimum 4 years of team management experience
  • Advanced level of English and/or German, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Holder of a valid Class B driving license
  • No restriction for domestic and international travel
  • Turkish citizenship is required; secondary citizenship is considered an advantage for ease of international travel
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Team-oriented with strong coordination and reporting capabilities
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted


Job Description

  • Manage and develop sales and marketing processes in line with company objectives
  • Effectively manage and follow up orders, quotations, projects, and turnover targets
  • Monitor profitability targets including costs, gross profit, operational expenses, and net operating profit
  • Ensure customer shipment quality performance and follow related PPM targets
  • Lead customer satisfaction and continuous improvement activities
  • Organize and manage Sales Department operations and team structure
  • Prepare and present customer and company-based financial, operational, and statistical reports to management
  • Prepare and follow up annual departmental budget targets
  • Coordinate with Production and Purchasing departments for cost reduction and efficiency improvement activities in serial production projects
  • Support team development through continuous improvement and total quality management practices
  • Ensure coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects
  • Follow up customer collection processes and take necessary actions when required
  • Monitor monthly and yearly customer turnover and production quantities
  • Work in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards
  • Record, report, and communicate customer-specific requirements and meeting outcomes with potential and existing customers to relevant departments
  • Conduct sales process risk analyses and prepare necessary action plans
  • Coordinate customer portal management and logistics processes
  • Conduct new market and customer research activities
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for target markets
  • Perform competitor, market, and industry analyses
  • Lead activities to increase brand awareness and company visibility
  • Plan and organize international exhibitions, events, and customer visits
  • Evaluate new project and business development opportunities
  • Develop action plans to expand the customer portfolio
  • Follow up marketing activities and budget processes
  • Coordinate digital and traditional marketing activities with related departments
