At Brusa Seating, we are proud to be one of the world's leading passenger seating manufacturers, serving international markets. With approximately 400 employees at our Bursa facility, we develop, test, and manufacture seating systems for buses and rail vehicles.

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, budgeting, and project analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to apply project management methodologies, with a strong focus on realistic time management, accountability, and commitment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• No restrictions on domestic and international business travel.
• Strong sense of responsibility with effective time management skills.

Job Description

• Manage projects successfully from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies involving all relevant stakeholders within the project scope and objectives.
• Ensure effective resource planning, allocation, and availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor project progress.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management when required.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless project management.
