The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management to execute financial strategies for the organization. The candidate should be comfortable handling large volumes of data, supporting operations management and providing regular weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting.
Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the manufacturing plant
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, management reports, and variance analyses
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs (COGS, inventory, scrap, variances, overheads)
• Support operations management to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis
• Manage inventory valuation, stock controls, and working capital processes
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in line withIFRS standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, internal controls, and IFRS
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes
• Follow up and manage VAT refund processes
• Support investment analysis, CAPEX evaluations, and business case development
• Customs declaration closure procedure management
• Payment list, Cash flow, Budget preparation, follow and present to top management
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of VAT refund processes
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS reporting
• Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial controlling
• Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and cost drivers
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools are a plus
• Experience with international reporting standards is an advantage
• Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is preferred
