Your Responsibilities

/ Local responsibility for various Dishwasher components and execution,coordination, and implementation of new parts 

/ Modifications due to new product projects, new variants,cost-cutting projects (ratio, localization), quality and productivity improvement projects including  related documentation 

/Follow up changes until successful series introduction,  keep the product data up to date

/ Actively search for and propose product improvement potentials and cost reduction   opportunities related to the components that are in 

/ Collaborating with international team leaders and cross-functional teams to scope, plan and monitor engineering activities

Your Profile

/ Have a technical degree in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical engineering),

/ Have significant technical design knowledge and experience in plastic and metal parts

/ Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence colleagues and stake holders

/Effective decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, experience in a fast-moving global development environment

/Fluent English is a must, and German knowledge is an asset
